Project Description
The production facility has been closed due to an internal restructuring on a global level intended to increase efficiency in the group and minimize overlapping production capacities in Europe. Due to a significant investment started in 2014, the facility in Aleksandrów Łódzki contains very modern and very well-maintained machinery and equipment which is now being offered for sale. This offering contains outstanding production machinery for Low Voltage Electric Motors from world’s leading manufacturer in Poland. Manufacturers of the stator and rotor cores manufacturing set-ups have been selectively chosen and represent global brands such as SCHULER, WEINGARTEN, INVERNIZZI, HYUNDAI WIA, IDRA, BÜHLER, ABB, CASSIOLI and more, as new as 2020.
The plant consists of:
- Manufacturing Setup 1: Rotor & Stator Production Line for Frame Sizes 280-355, 75-355kW
- Manufacturing Setup 2: Rotor & Stator Production Line for Frame Sizes 160-250, 11-55kW
- Manufacturing Setup 3: Rotor & Stator Production Line for Frame Sizes 160-200, 11-37kW
- (2020) Assembly Line for Electric Motors 160-255
- (2015) TEPRON FLEX FLOW2 Wet Painting Line for Electric Motors up to 850KG
